Pricing and billing

Your first 500 miles are free and include every feature. After that, Mileday costs $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year, per driver, plus any applicable taxes. Accountant seats are free.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Each workspace has its own subscription. A team's subscription is paid by the team's admin, and adding a driver adds a seat that is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Payments are processed by Stripe; Mileday never sees or stores your card number.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page — no call, no email, no notice period. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your trips and expenses are not deleted when you cancel.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you were charged in error — charged twice, or charged after cancelling — write to us and we will put it right.

Not tax advice

Mileday is a record-keeping tool. Deduction figures and projections are estimates, not tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing your records and for what you claim; consult a tax professional.

Your data and deleting your account

You own what you record. You can export your reports at any time, and you can permanently delete your account and everything in it from the app: Settings → Delete account. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is removed.

Who we are

Mileday is a product of Bravovalley LLC, doing business as Bravo Tech Systems, a Texas limited liability company. These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

When you pay, the payment page and your receipt show the seller as “Bravovalley”, and the charge appears on your card statement as “MILEDAY”. They are the same company.
