Terms of Service

Mileday detects drives using your phone's location, lets you classify them as business or personal, records expenses, and produces mileage logs and reports. Teams can share a workspace and invite an accountant with read-only access.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you create a team, you are responsible for who you invite and the access you give them.

Your first 500miles are free, with every feature included. The free miles are per person, not per workspace: they are shared across your personal workspace and every team you create, and a driver who joins a team uses that team owner's free miles. After that, drives continue to be recorded, but drives past the allowance cannot be classified or included in reports until you subscribe. Nothing you have recorded is deleted because you have not subscribed.

Subscriptions cost $9.99 per month or $99.99per year, per driver, plus any applicable taxes. Each workspace has its own subscription. A team's subscription is paid by the team's admin, and a seat is added — and charged pro rata — when a driver joins. Accountant seats are free. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Who charges you. Mileday is sold by Bravovalley LLC, doing business as Bravo Tech Systems. The payment page and your receipt show the seller as “Bravovalley”, and the charge appears on your card statement as “MILEDAY”.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

If a renewal payment fails, your access continues while we retry the payment. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or for a period in which you did not use the service, except where the law requires it.

Mileday is a record-keeping tool. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Deduction figures, including projections, are estimates based on the mileage rate configured in your workspace and on how you classify your drives; they are not a statement of what you can deduct.

You are responsible for your records. Automatic detection depends on your phone, its settings and the operating system, and it can miss a drive, record one that did not happen, or measure distance inaccurately. Review your trips, correct them, and consult a tax professional about what you claim.

You own the data you record. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your reports at any time and delete your account from the app, which removes your data permanently.

Do not use Mileday to track anyone without their knowledge and consent, to break the law, to interfere with the service, or to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Mileday relies on other providers — including mapping, payments, sign-in, and optionally vehicle connections and AI suggestions. Their availability is outside our control, and features that depend on them may change if they do.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every drive.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deductions, tax penalties or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Mileday and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers and limitation of liability — do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mileday after that means you accept the updated terms.
